At Lattafa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened fragrance in its original luxury packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable courier service to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
